From the graph, $\beta = \dfrac{\Delta I_C}{\Delta I_B} = \dfrac{5\ \text{mA}}{100\ \mu\text{A}} = 50$.
$$A_V = \beta\frac{R_L}{R_i} = 50\times\frac{2}{0.5} = 200$$
