Answer: (C) $100$ m and zero
Each triangle has area $\dfrac{1}{2} \times 20 \times 5 = 50$ m; one is above the axis and one below.
Distance $= 50 + 50 = 100$ m. Displacement $= 50 - 50 = 0$, so the average velocity is zero.
