Answer: (B) $0.2\ \text{kg m s}^{-1}$, $0.05\ \text{m s}^{-1}$
Impulse on the gun = momentum given to the bullet $= 0.004\times50 = 0.2\ \text{kg m s}^{-1}$.
Recoil speed $= \dfrac{0.2}{4} = 0.05\ \text{m s}^{-1}$.
