Answer: (A) $\dfrac{(n-1)R}{n^2}$
Each side is $\dfrac Rn$. Between adjacent corners, one side ($\dfrac Rn$) is in parallel with the other $n-1$ sides ($\dfrac{(n-1)R}{n}$):
$$R_{eq}=\frac{\frac Rn\cdot\frac{(n-1)R}{n}}{R}=\frac{(n-1)R}{n^2}$$
