A wire of resistance $9\ \Omega$ is bent to form an equilateral triangle. Then the equivalent resistance across any two vertices will be ______ ohm.

Each side has $3\ \Omega$. Between two vertices, one side ($3\ \Omega$) is in parallel with the other two in series ($6\ \Omega$):
$$R = \frac{3\times6}{3+6} = 2\ \Omega$$
