At steady state the charge on the capacitor, as shown in the circuit below, is ______ $\mu\text{C}$.

In steady state no current flows into the capacitor, so the $10\ \Omega$ and $15\ \Omega$ resistors carry the same current:
$$I = \frac{5}{10 + 15} = 0.2\ \text{A}$$
The capacitor is connected across the $10\ \Omega$ resistor:
$$V_C = 0.2\times10 = 2\ \text{V}, \qquad Q = CV = 8\ \mu\text{F}\times2\ \text{V} = 16\ \mu\text{C}$$
