Answer: (D) $25 : 1$
Amplitude ratio $= \sqrt{9/4} = 3 : 2$.
$$\frac{I_{\max}}{I_{\min}} = \frac{(3+2)^2}{(3-2)^2} = \frac{25}{1}$$
