Answer: 120
Without the zener, the load would get $24\times\dfrac{5}{6} = 20$ V $> 10$ V, so the zener conducts and holds $10$ V.
Current through $1$ k$\Omega$: $\dfrac{24 - 10}{1000} = 14$ mA. Load current: $\dfrac{10}{5000} = 2$ mA.
Zener current $= 12$ mA, power $= 10\times12 = 120$ mW.
