- (B): anode $-10\ \text{V}$, cathode $-15\ \text{V}$: forward biased
- (C): anode $4\ \text{V}$, cathode $2\ \text{V}$: forward biased
- (D): anode $-10\ \text{V}$, cathode $-5\ \text{V}$: reverse biased
- (E): anode $2\ \text{V}$, cathode $0\ \text{V}$ (earth): forward biased
