If the velocity-time graph has the shape AMB, what would be the shape of the corresponding acceleration-time graph?

Acceleration is the slope of the $v$-$t$ graph.
From A to M the velocity decreases linearly, so the acceleration is constant and negative. From M to B the velocity increases linearly, so the acceleration is constant and positive.
The $a$-$t$ graph is therefore a negative constant that jumps to a positive constant at M, which is graph (1).
