Which of the following resistivity ($\rho$) vs temperature ($T$) curves is most suitable to be used in wire bound standard resistors?

A standard resistor must keep its resistance almost constant when its temperature changes. It is made of an alloy such as manganin or constantan, which has a fairly high resistivity and a very small temperature coefficient of resistivity.
So the suitable curve is a nearly flat line at a non-zero resistivity: option (4).
