Answer: (B) Increase the refractive index of the medium between the object and objective lens
Resolving power of a microscope $=\dfrac{2\mu\sin\theta}{1.22\lambda}$.
It increases with larger $\mu$ (oil immersion), larger aperture and shorter wavelength. The eyepiece does not affect it. So increase the refractive index of the medium.
