$[R] = \text{ML}^2\text{T}^{-3}\text{A}^{-2}$, and $\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{LC}}$ is an angular frequency, $[\text{T}^{-1}]$.
$\left[\dfrac{R}{\sqrt{LC}}\right] = \text{ML}^2\text{T}^{-3}\text{A}^{-2} \times \text{T}^{-1} = \text{ML}^2\text{T}^{-4}\text{A}^{-2}$.
