Answer: 100
For a cycle $\Delta U = 0$, so the heat absorbed equals the work done, the area enclosed. The circle has semi-axes of 10 kPa and 10 litres:
$$W = \pi\times(10\times10^3\ \text{Pa})\times(10\times10^{-3}\ \text{m}^3) = 100\pi\ \text{J}$$
