The net work in a cycle equals the enclosed area, here a triangle with base $4-2=2\ \text{m}^3$ and height $400-100=300\ \text{Pa}$:
$$W=\frac12\times2\times300=300\ \text{J}$$
The cycle C→D→E→C runs clockwise on the $P$–$V$ diagram, so the work is positive.
