This is a straight line with positive slope $5/9$. At $C = 0$, $F = 32$ (it crosses the positive $F$-axis), and at $F = 0$, $C = -\tfrac{160}{9}$ (it crosses the negative $C$-axis). So it does not pass through the origin: graph (4).
