Answer: (C) $\dfrac{1}{2}\dfrac{v^2}{g}$
The incline is smooth, so there is no friction to change the disc's spin. Its rotational kinetic energy stays the same; only the translational kinetic energy turns into potential energy:
$$\frac12Mv^2 = Mgh \Rightarrow h = \frac12\frac{v^2}{g}$$
