A NAND gate with joined inputs is a NOT gate, so $Y=\overline{\bar A\cdot\bar B}=A+B$ (OR).
From $0$ to $1$ both inputs are $0$, so $Y=0$; from $t=1$ onwards at least one input is $1$, so $Y=1$. Waveform (1).
