Read the inputs in the six intervals: $A=0,0,1,1,0,0$ and $B=0,1,0,1,0,1$.
NAND is $0$ only when both inputs are $1$, which happens only in the fourth interval. So $Y=1,1,1,0,1,1$: waveform (2).
