Refer to the logic circuit given below. For two inputs ($A = 1, B = 1$) and ($A = 0, B = 1$), output ($Y$) will be ______.
Answer: (C) $0, 0$ respectively
$A$ passes through a NOT gate, giving $\overline{A}$. The OR gate gives $\overline{A} + B$ and the AND gate gives $\overline{A}B$. The final NOR gate gives
$$Y = \overline{(\overline{A} + B) + \overline{A}B} = \overline{\overline{A} + B}$$
(since $\overline{A}B$ is already included in $\overline{A} + B$).
With $B = 1$, $\overline{A} + B = 1$ for either value of $A$, so $Y = 0$ in both cases.
