Considering a group of positive charges, which of the following statements is correct?
Answer: (A) Net potential of the system cannot be zero at a point but net electric field can be zero at that point
Each positive charge gives a positive potential $\dfrac{kq}{r}$ everywhere, so their sum can never be zero (at finite distance). Fields are vectors and can cancel, e.g. midway between two equal positive charges.
