A square-shaped wire with a resistance of each side $3\ \Omega$ is bent to form a complete circle. The resistance between two diametrically opposite points of the circle in a unit of $\Omega$ will be ______.

Answer: 3
Total resistance of the wire $= 4\times3 = 12\ \Omega$. Diametrically opposite points split it into two halves of $6\ \Omega$ each, in parallel:
$$R = \frac{6\times6}{6 + 6} = 3\ \Omega$$
