Total resistance: $3300 + 7\times100 = 4000\ \Omega$, so
$$I = \frac{4}{4000} = 1\ \text{mA}$$
$V_0$ is taken across five $100\ \Omega$ resistors ($500\ \Omega$):
$$V_0 = 1\times10^{-3}\times500 = 0.5\ \text{V}$$
