Identify the operation performed by the circuit given below:

Each input gate is a NOR gate with its inputs tied together, i.e. a NOT gate, giving $\bar A$, $\bar B$, $\bar C$.
The output NOR gate gives $Y = \overline{\bar A + \bar B + \bar C} = ABC$ (De Morgan's theorem). The circuit performs the AND operation.
