The expected graphical representation of the variation of angle of deviation $\delta$ with angle of incidence $i$ in a prism is:

As $i$ increases, the deviation first decreases, reaches the minimum deviation $\delta_m$ (when the ray passes symmetrically), and then increases again.
So the $\delta$–$i$ graph is a U-shaped curve with a minimum, which is graph (2).
